As of July 2009, I will generally not review:

• self-published books
• books in e-book format
• books that do not suit my interests

I give honest reviews. Should the author request a book review, I send the author my review by email prior to posting it on my blog, on social book sites (e.g.: Shelfari, Library Thing), and on retail book sites (e.g.: chapters.indigo.ca).

I may accept requests to have book reviews published for The McGill Tribune, the newspaper run and read by the McGill University student body. However, book reviews selected for print remain within the editor's discretion.
